"My beautiful burgundy red enamel cooking range, made to order, is a dream come true."
- Chef Paule Caillat

I just received a call from Donna Morris, a Paris resident and American ex-pat from Asheville, North Carolina. She owns a French Blue Cluny and is excited about her friend Paule's home cooking classes. Classes can be tailored to your specific needs. Refining your cooking skills on a Lacanche in Paris - how cool is that!!
